12 oz bleu cheese
1 pint mayo
8 oz sour cream
6 oz buttermilk
3 oz whole milk
1 tbls. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp gralic, mashed to a paste
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
combine bleu cheese and mayo, stir together then add sour cream, buttermilk and milk. Add lemon juice and garlic paste, mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in glass jar in refrigerator until ready to use. Iceberg lettuce is the best.
