2 small cans Progresso minced clams and juice
2 T. lemon juice
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
4 T. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams, clam juice and lemon juice for 10 minutes. In a medium fry pan, saute onion, pepper, oregano, parsley flakes, and red pepper flakes until limp. Add bread crumbs to mixture and then pour in clam mix. Mix well and place in oven-proof dish. Top with grated cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers or toast points.
