1 cup shortening
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. condensed minced meat, crumbled (9 oz.)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
In a large bowl, beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Stir together dry ingredients; gradually add to shortening mixture. Mix well. Stir in mincemeat. Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
