4-6 red potatoes 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup of flour 1 stick of butter salt and pepper
Melt one stick of butter in casserole dish, set aside, cut potatoes into quarters: in zip lock or paper bag add the chees, flour, salt and pepper; shake well then add potatoes, shake again until all potatoes are covered, place in casserole dish, bake at 350 for 45 mins.
