"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This was a staple at many Fox parties. Always served along with Meg's delicious tenderloin sandwiches. The seafood casserole dish would be set in the dining room on a beautiful tablecloth and always with a beautiful, unique centerpiece. P.S. The parties were always a BLAST!
