1 cup Butter
1/2 cup Icing Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1 Egg yolk
2 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter but do not allow to become oily.
Stir in sugar, salt, nutmeg and egg yolk with a wooden spoon.
Add flour a little at a time until mixture is too stiff to work with spoon.
Turn onto a floured board and knead lightly, drawing in flour all the time until the dough
just begins to crack.
Roll out 1/4' thick, cut and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 º for 10 minutes or until light brown.
