1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix (baked according to directions, cooled, and crumbled)
2 cans pinto beans (drained)
1 c. green peppers (chopped)
1 c. onion (chopped)
2 c. fresh tomatoes (chopped)
1 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 ½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. dill pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pickle juice and mayonnaise to make dressing. Layer first six ingredients in shallow 13” x 9” in order given. Drizzle dressing over top and toss gently. Serve immediately.
