Sole fillets
1 lemon (juiced)

Directions:
Place sole in a Pyrex dish. Add lemon and wine. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Make cream sauce by melting the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When it starts to sizzle, add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and the liquid evaporates, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Add the milk, flour, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and cook and stir until the sauce is thickened and bubbly. Pour liquid from the baked fish into the cream sauce and mix well. Pour entire mixture over fish. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.

Place in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
