4 tbsp. Butter
4 tbsp. Flour
2 c. Milk
1 lrg box Velvetta Cheese
1 lb. Tillamook Cheese
1 lb. lrg. Elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a med. size pan. Add flour slowly stirring to make a rue. Gradually add milk, stir until thickened. Cut up the Velvetta Cheese into chunks stir until melted.

Boil elbow macaroni per pkg directions

Preheat Oven to 350 deg.

Put in a large casserole dish or a large cast iron skillet, grate the tillamook cheese and add to the top, bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly.

My Mom used to make this with really good hamburger patties. She always used the cast iron skillet it was the best.
