"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Ann-Patrice ~ A.Y. fixed Ham for my Mom and Grandmother and I, long before he and my Mom were married. He also was on a parents committee at Ramona Convent, where I went to high school, and he and and other Dads, would put on fundraisers for various charities in the Los Angeles area. This was his speciality!! I'll never forget the wonderful smell!
