1 3/4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 C butter
1 1/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1/4 C sour cream
2 mashed bananas
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar and one egg in large bowl. Beat in second egg. Mix in sour cream and bananas. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well. Add choc chips. Stir. Ignore lumps. Fill in paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes. Makes 16 muffins.

This is a St Joe's favorite. Meg and I discovered this recipe when Kevin and Matthew were in kindergarten. Billy and Maureen also loved these muffins during school snack time and it grew to be one of our family favorites. I wonder how many muffins our gang has consumed through the years.
