4 1/2 pound snapper fillet
seasoned salt
pepper
2 thick slices of onion
2 green peppers, quartered
1 1/2 T. butter
fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Place each fillet in a separate piece of foil. Sprinkle each with seasoned salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Top with onion slices, butter, and green peppers. Seal foil leaving some room for expansion. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
