6 cups of flour
5 tsp of baking soda
3 eggs
1 cup of shortening
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of honey
1 cup of syrup
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of cloves
1 tsp of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill dough in the fridge overnight.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or by hand. Roll out the dough into a snake like form. Cut little pieces off and roll out the cookies. Place on a baking sheet and press down lightly. Bake at 350 until golden brown about 15 minutes.

BONUS: Take icing sugar, lemon extract with hot water. Make a runny icing and brush over the tops of the cooled cookies.
