2 and ½ cups of flour
1.2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp of lard
4 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of baking soda
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of crushed cloves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or by hand. Roll out the dough into a snake like form. Cut little pieces off and roll out the cookies. Place on a baking sheet and press down lightly. Bake at 350F until golden brown about 15 minutes.
BONUS: Take icing sugar, lemon extract with hot water. Make a runny icing and brush over the tops of the cooled cookies.
