2 c. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1+ qt. milk
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until foamy. Whisk in sugar until thickened. Gradually whisk in evaporated milk, salt, milk, and vanilla. Pour into freezer container, seal tightly, and place in freezer for 24 hours.
