3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped finely
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasoned breadcrumbs

Mix all ingredients together, except breadcrumbs. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan; sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cover with foil. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes, removing the foil after 15 minutes.
