1 pkg. smoked sausage, cut in bite size pieces
1 large can pineapple chunks
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. lemon juice
2 large green peppers, cut in bite size chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, using juice with remaining ingredients to make sauce. Cook over medium heat till thick, stir constantly. Add sausage, pepper, and pineapple. Serve hot in chafing dish or in crockpot.
