3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced white onion
3/4 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. sliced pimientos, drained

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together chicken, celery, onion, water chestnuts and pimientos in a large bowl; set aside.

Place all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and stir together. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and toss well. Cover and chill before serving.
