3 cups of beef broth
2 tsp. Better than Bouillon beef base
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 envelope of Italian dressing mix
1 (3-5 lbs) beef roast (rump or chuck)
1 cup of golden peperoncinis, sliced
1 cup of Itlalian mix gardinara
3 cloves of garlic
Italian deli rolls
Sauteed peppers and onion (optional)
Sliced, fresh mozzarella or provolone cheese

Add all ingredients to crock-pot and mix. Turn on low for 10 hours. Remove roast and let sit for 10 minutes. Shred with forks. Return meat to crock-pot and mix well. Make sandwiches, top with cheese, and broil until melted.
