1 boneless chuck roast (3-4 lbs)
1/4 cup flour
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. canola oil
4 tbsp. butter
10 pepperoncini sliced
2 tbsp. mayo
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/8 tsp. paprika
Fresh parsely for garnish

Directions:

Dredge the chuck roast in flour, salt, and pepper and massage it into the meat. Brown meat in skillet with canola oil. Transfer to crock-pot and top with butter and pepperoncini. Cover crock-pot and set it to low. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Cover meat with mixture and cook for 8 hours. Remove roast and shred with forks. Return meat to crock-pot to soak up juices. Serve with parsley and potatoes (roasted or mashed).
