2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 clove chopped garlic
1 15 oz can Italian tomato sauce
1/4 can water
salt, pepper, parsley, basil, dried marjoram and hot pepper flakes to taste

How to make the pizza sauce: (this can be
made first and simmer while mixing dough).
Allow the sauce to become room temperature
before using on pizza dough.
Put approximately 2 tablespoons olive oil in
saucepan. Add some chopped garlic. Simmer,
do not burn the garlic! Add a can of good
Italian tomato sauce 15 oz. Rinse the can with
about ¼ c. water and add to pan.
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh Basil and parsley, dried marjoram
¼ tsp. hot pepper flakes
This makes one large broiler pan, increase
recipe for how many you want to make.
