4 oz. salami, sliced very thin.
Dip:
1 whole clove garlic - minced
1 - 14 oz. can of white beans
1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
10 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Bake salami on baking sheet for 10 minutes at 375º or until edges crisp in oven. Let cool.
Dip:
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth, use extra warm water to thin out if desired.
