4 tsp of Beef Bouillon
1 Clove Garlic minced
1 bunch of Green Onions
1 handful of Bean Sprouts
1 T Fish Sause
1tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Paprika

Opt: Mushrooms cut in pieces
Opt: leftover pieces of beef cut in cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan except for Bean Sprouts. Bring to boil. Boil 2 minutes then turn burner off. Add Bean Sprouts. Let cool 5 mins. Serve.
