1 Frozen H-5 Dough Ball

Thaw in Fridge overnight or Microwave on High 1 min. ---15 sec. ---15 sec
---10 sec. (after each interval squeeze dough and place back in mic.)
Spray non-stick cooking spray (ex. Pam) on counter top.
Cut dough in ˝
Flatten with hands and put in non-stick sprayed pan, spread to edges of pan making dough even
Pasta sauce: Use 1 small can of crushed tomatoes (Heinz) and add 1 – 2 tbsp. of “Danny’s special spice” OR use original pasta sauce and add approx.. 1 – 2 tbsp.
Mix together.
Spread over pizza crust and top with your favorite toppings and cheese on top
Use very bottom rack and bake in 450 degree oven for 15-20 min (depending on oven)
