1 ½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. shortening
¼ c. butter
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ c. finely cut rhubarb
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cool Whip

Grease 9”x13” pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream brown sugar, butter and shortening.
Add egg.
In separate bowl, mix together the flour, soda and salt.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk to the creamed butter, shortening, brown sugar.
Add vanilla and cut rhubarb.
Mix well and put in pan.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of cake.
Bake 35 minutes.

Top with Cool Whip
