1 c boiling water
2 oz margarine
½ c Honey
1 tsp salt
½ c cold water
1 pkg yeast dissolved in ½ c warm water
2 eggs
1 c dried milk (optional)
3-4 c flour (whole or white)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve margarine, honey, salt in boiled water; cool with cold water; add yeast water; add eggs; beat; add flour until runny kneading consistency; knead; rise 2x (2 hour); punch down; rise 2x (2 hr); shape on greased sheet; rise 2x (2hr) bake; rolls 400 degrees / 12 minutes. Coffee cake 400 degrees / 20 minutes.
