1 8 oz. block Cream Cheese
Garlic Powder
splash Milk (and a little more)
Directions:
Directions:
Place block of cream cheese in bowl and let soften. Sprinkle top with garlic powder until completely covered. Add a little milk and use mixer to beat. Continue to add milk until it reaches desired creaminess.

Serve with bugles. They are better then chips with this dip!
