1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c honey
1 egg
3/4 c wheat flour
1/2 t. baking soda
3/4 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 apple, cored & chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, cream butter, honey, egg & vanilla until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda & cinnamon, then stir into creamed mixture. Mix in oats & apples. Drop by teaspoons onto cookies sheets

Bake 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
