Bottom Crust:
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1st layer:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip

2nd layer:
2 pkg (3 oz.) instant pudding (lemon, chocolate or butterscotch)
Remaining Cool Whip.

(Need 1 large Cool Whip total)

Make bottom crust: Mix together margarine, flour sugar and chopped nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 12 - 15 minutes @ 350 and cool.

Mix 1st layer ingredients cream cheese, powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Put in refrigerator to set while making 2nd layer.

Mix 2nd layer ingredients. Prepare instant pudding using only 2 cups milk. Beat until thick. Spread onto top of previous layer. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight. This dessert can also be frozen.
