1 - 6 oz. pkg. orange jello
1 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
2 T. lemon juice
2 c. coarsely grated carrots
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until thickened. If desired you can put it in a 6 c. mold or 10-12 individual molds. Continue to chill.
