2 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 c. raw rice (not instant rice)
2 c. water
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and dice onions. Drain off excess fat. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix in the diced celery, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, raw rice, and water. Put in casserole dish. Bake @ 325 for 2 hours.

NOTE: 20 minutes before serving, sprinkle crisp chow mein noodles on top of casserole. Allow to cook for the remaining 20 minutes.
