2 tbsp. olive oil
6 medium potatoes, peeled & cut into 1" pieces
2 medium onions, chopped
1.5 c. celery, chopped
3 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
1.5 c. water + (to mix with cornstarch)
1/3 c. whole milk
?? cornstarch
2 lbs. mixed seafood (salmon, shrimp, cod, scallops, clams, crab)
1 c. fresh parsley r 1/4 c. dried
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large pot heat oil and add potatoes, onion, celery & carrot cooking for 10 minutes.
2. Add water and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add fish and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
4. Add parsley & milk.
5. Mix cornstarch with ??? water and add to chowder until thickened.

Bring to a boil??
