2 c. macaroni
1.5 lbs. ground moose
1 large onion, diced
3/4 lb. bacon cut into 1" pieces
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 -??? oz. seasoned tomatoes, drained??
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 lb. medium cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. oil
salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Boil pasta for 10-12 min. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. In skillet add oil and fry ground meat and onion. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Remove from skillet and put to the side.
3. In skillet fry bacon until browned. Add to meat mixture.
4. In greased casserole dish put a layer of macaroni followed by the meat mixture, cheese and 1/3 c. tomatoes. Repeat using remaining ingredients.
5. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40 minutes.
