6-8 c. cole slaw mix
1/4 large red onion, chopped
1 c. dried cranberries

Dressing:
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cole slaw mix, red onion, and cranberries. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over slaw mix and mix well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Season with salt.
