3/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Beat with beater till very smotth. Make at least 2 hours ahead of baking or put in freezer until well chilled.

Fat must be HOT, HOT, HOT.

Hot 400 F oven for 15 minutes
Reduce to 350 F for another 10-15 min.

I've added Grandma's original yorkshire pudding recipe as a photo just because it's in Grandma's own handwriting.

I remember her Yorkshires as super-delicious however I've never been able to duplicate the taste. I've decided it's probably the fat she used. She always saved her bacon fat and beef drippings or used lard and never bought olive or vegetable oil until later on. Would you believe I can remember life BEFORE bottled Crisco oil?
