2 14 oz. cans light red kidney beans, drained
2 14 oz. cans Great Northern beans, drained
2 14 oz. cans Pork & Beans, do not drain
2 small onions, diced small, about 1 ¼ c.
½ c. ketchup
½ c. light brown sugar
¼ c. molasses
3 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. djon mustard
2 Tbsp. Mexican spice mix or taco seasoning

Stir together all the ingredients in put in a crock pot.
Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or on LOW for 8-10 hours.

This is the original recipe as written but it is also great with added meats. At times I've added 1 lb. ground meat, sausage or bacon.
