Pour Turkey juice into a pan and skim off some of the fat. Shake together a mixture of water and flour till smooth. (Maybe 3/4 C water and 3 T flour.)

Bring broth to a simmer and slowly stir the flour mixture into the broth. Stir and cook several minutes. If too thick add more water. If too thin, make up a bit more water/flour mixture with a high ratio of flour to water.
