1 can of black beans
1 can of tri-beans
3 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 c of corn
1/2 - 1 pound of cooked diced chicken breast (your preference)
1 c rice (optional)
Season to taste (I use banana peppers, salsa, jalepanos. Franks)

Directions:

Put all ingrediants into a good size pot
Cook for 1/2 hour on medium/medium high (to cook the farts out :) )
Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, crackers, guacomle
