1 c. onion (chopped)
¼ c. oil
1 Tbsp. sage
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. white bread (shredded)
6 c. cornbread (shredded)
2 c. Cream of Chicken soup
2 - 3 c. chicken broth (from boiled chicken breasts below)
1 tsp. vinegar
3 eggs
3 chicken breasts (boiled in 8 qts. water until done, about 2 hours)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in oil until tender. Add salt, sage, and poultry seasoning. Combine breads in large bowl and stir in onion, celery, salt sage, and poultry seasoning.

In bowl, combine soup, broth, eggs, and vinegar. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Cook in crock pot on high for 30 minutes. Turn heat down and cook another 3 to 4 hours. About 1 hour before done, add in broken pieces of chicken.
