3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 ¾ c. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
In a saucepan combine butter, cocoa, and milk or cream. Heat until butter melts. Beat in remaining ingredients and spread on cake while it's still warm.
