1 lb. lean ground beef
Bell pepper (optional)
Onion (optional)
28 oz. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ c. sour cream
½ lb. cottage cheese
Stick of butter
1 lb. pasta (elbow or rotini)
Bag of shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350º and grease a deep 13" x 9" baking dish.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Stir in pasta and boil until cooked through but still firm to the bite, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.

Brown ground beef and optional chopped green pepper and onion in a large skillet over high heat; drain fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, sour cream, cottage cheese, and ½ package of mozzarella cheese. Melt butter into cooked pasta. Transfer pasta mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with remaining ½ package of mozzarella cheese. Cover pan with aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
