1 tin cream (Fussels or Nestle)
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. molasses
4 c. flour
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl, mix cream and vinegar together.
2. In large bowl blend together butter, egg, brown sugar & molasses.
3. Add cream & vinegar mixture to butter, egg mixture
4. In another bow mix together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, & cloves and add to butter. egg mixture.
5. Place in fridge until cold enough to roll - about ????
6. on floured surfaced, roll out dough. using ??" glass, cut out buns and place on parchment covered cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350º
