2 stacks of soda crackers finely crushed
1 T paprika
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2/3 c vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Blend well. Place in plastic bag..

Dampen meat with water. Place one piece at a time in bag and shake.
Place coated pieces on large greased baking sheet. Bake @ 425 for 30 minutes. Turn & bake for 15 minutes more or until done.

Store remaining cracker mixture in refrigerator for future use.
