1/3 cup red wine vinegar
4 T soy sauce
1 T Chinese chili paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 T peeled minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2-1 tsp. sesame oil (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together well.

Serve over salad or in a de-seeded avacado.

Also goes surprisingly well with watermelon and other fruits.
