500 ml mild salsa sauce
500 grams grated marbled cheese
1 yellow pepper, finely chopped

in a 9" X 13" casserole dish, evenly spread, in layers, the sour cream, the chopped peppers and the salsa in that order.

Evenly spread the grated cheese on top and refrigerate until ready to use.
