4 T. sugar
4 T. butter
4 T. corn meal
4 T. liquid non dairy creamer
3/4 c. self rising flour
Pam cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together like cake batter. Divide between 8 greased cupcake wells - fill other 4 wells with water. Bake 400 18 minutes. Take out of oven and spray top with Pam.
