3 cups of flour
1/2 t of baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Time 8-10 minutes, preheat oven 375

In a bowl sift flour, baking powder and soda
Cut in butter as flour as in pie crust
In a bowl beat eggs; add sugar and beat well
Blend egg mixtures into flour mixture
Roll out on flour pastry cloth to 1/4 inch thick; cut with 2 inch cookie cutter
Lift with spatula to un-greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake
Remove at once to cooling racks
