1 cup corn meal
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups canola oil
7 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients above together in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and until the batter is smooth. Grease muffin tins with cooking spray of choice. Place batter into muffin tins. Bake at 375 º for 30 minutes.
