1/2 c. Original Bisquick
1 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
