2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. maraschino cherry halves
6 oz. pkg chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. milk

Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk. Mix well. Blend in remaining ingredients, one at a time. Turn into 15x10x1" greased and floured pan. Bake at 325º for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Brown Butter Frosting: Brown butter over medium heat until deep brown. Remove from heat. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk and beat till smooth.
